Another day, Another Dozen+

Hit the Q on the holiday with Allan to get after the laskers again. It started off slow but picked up as the sun came up. We marked alot and caught another 12+ fish. One, maybe two trips left till she closes up for the season.

Last day is this Saturday. As for all the ones we catch, they all go back to get bigger =)

As always a great time fishing with Will. This trip I wanted to try some different things including jigging with a Giant Chubby Darter (No hits) and try to get some good video of the fish finder screen and the action we see... What I got is a start and will try to put it together to post. Here are some of the pics I got;

Fun thing to do is use your flasher and spot lock.  The lakers I caught on champ were using a friends FL8 because I was too lazy to bring my panoptix.

Thats what we do, sorta. We use spot lock and my normal 2D sonar. It has the option for the live feed on the right like the flashers, but i dont bother with it. Its pretty uncommon to catch a fish we didnt see on the 2D. That Panoptix is awesome and will most likely be my next purchase.

Next level jigging electronics for sure.  Real interesting to bass fish with.  Well worth the investment Will.
