Online Tourney Sign-up Notification

I keep missing the online tourney sign-up.  It seems I have a habit of starting to check this forum in early June.  I'd like to see an email reminder to sign-up for those of us with bad memories.

This site does operate all year round it dont just start in the summer and end in the fall every day even though its winter I check this site and ice shanty.

I cant think of a forum that would have software for running an emailer to every member...I agree with the comments made above....check in on a regular basis.  Grump

Could figure out a way to allow late entries ... like an inch deduction for every day your late entering  and after five days you can no longer enter . The inch deduction could be for the individual and not the team .
