are bait shops ordered to be closed? some of us would call them essential service. looking for around Rochester area thanks

Davenports in sodus is open but only 2 people are allowed inside at one time

 If they fill propane tanks or sell gasoline they are allowed open
 In Pulaski fat Nancy’s and all season sports is open , as is woodys at the port

There is a guy who runs a 24 hour self serve bait sales from his basement. I'm going to have to see if he is open or not. The space is only big enough for 1-2 people, so crowding shouldn't be a problem. I hope he is because the wife and I have a week off from watching the grandkids  next week and want fresh lake air.

My question would be if they are open are they going to get deliveries of their bait?

In Massachusetts the fishing / bait shop supply chain is to remain open during the lockdown. Sounds like NY is the same.
