Having left over spaghetti and meatballs tonight.

But I have a standing rib roast (prime cut) drying in the fridge for tomorrow.
I bought it for Xmas dinner along with 3 lobster tails.
A nice surprise dinner for my daughter Kelly when she got here.
Here flight was cancelled, so we held off.
Tossed the tails in the deep freeze for Donna and I for New Year's Eve.
And tomorrow I will do the roast on the smoker.
Photos to follow, but probably in the "Smoke em if you got em" area.

Our traditional New Year’s Eve dinner is scallops and shrimp on angel hair pasta with Alfredo sauce, steamed broccoli and a hearts of lettuce salad. And a bottle of dry champagne.

Tried to change it to Scampi this year…..I got the frowny face from my Bride. I don’t make Alfredo often. Maybe twice a year. It’s a heart attack in the making. But sooooo delicious.

Anyway, she’s the love of my life so……Alfredo it is.

Well….what’s on your New Year’s Eve menu?

Our traditional is angel hair pasta balls with sautéed sea scallops a and shrimp with my spinach Alfredo and steamed asparagus….and….a bottle of champagne. Also have a garlic baguette.
