flock I'm sensing a bit of a problem.  First you verify that you cannot go blind now you are telling NY'ers we are hand spanking it.

I'm married and I don't refer to that activity as much.  You are single.  There should be no hand spanking going on.

Yeah where's Marshrat when you need him?

New York and Pennsyltucky, two dreary places for sure, not a fish over 6 inch.
It's good to live in a mitten, where the big fish are always hittin'.
We could feed a family the size of Mass,
or lay them head to tail to cross the Canadian trail.
Fisher folk both young and old, come to the Great Lake state or forever seal your fate,
No lunkers for you to take in any other state.

Dang, I need to go fishun in Michigun!

Devil fella- we're being good - it's story time on MFF!
Rockbass - not just another pretty fish!

suckers , sheepshead and rock bass gallore...come to PA,,,theres alot to explore, ,,,we have water dotted all over our map.,,,but the waters so nasty it will give you the clap.  you can try fishing in the streams for some trout. dont expect much,, because thats not what its about..its about driving to place all over the land, fishing in other states where the waters are grand..taking some pictures, as many as you can take,,telling everybody "look what i got in a fine PA lake"

Upstate NY has our 315'ers actually in the summer at my cottage I become one once the phone is turned back on.  But here's some Bar Etiquette!
An old Irishman walks into a bar, hauls his bad leg over the stool, and asks for a whiskey. "Hey," he says, looking down the bar, "is that Jesus down there?" The bartender nods, so the Irishman orders Jesus one too. An ailing Italian with a humpback walks in, shuffles up to the bar, and asks for a glass of Chianti. Noticing Jesus, the Italian orders Him a glass of Chianti too. A redneck swaggers in and hollers, "Barkeep, set me up a cold one! Hey—is that God`s Boy down there?" The bartender nods, so the redneck orders Him a bottle of beer. As Jesus gets up to leave, He touches the Irishman and says, "For your kindness, you are healed!" The Irishman jumps up and dances a jig. Then Jesus touches the Italian and says, "For your kindness, you are healed!" The Italian`s humpback straightens, and he does a flip. Just then the redneck yells, "Don`t touch me! I`m drawing disability!"

guys are starting to sound like Kwame Kilpatrick with the area code references.

1 more hour and I'm outy.

today is the type of day us fisherman dream of.  Cloudy, warm and humid, approaching storm, no wind.
Man I wish I didn't have to work today.

whats wrong with fishing in a severe thunderstorm?  Lightning, hail, damaging winds, possible tornadoes.  You just have to be prepared for the conditions you fish in.

are you forgetting that if im not standing on shore..chances are im in my float tube...it makes me really nervouse being a half submerged bouy in a lake with a 6 foot graphite antena.lol....maybe ill call my buddy and see if he wants to go out too...50% less chance of being struck by lightning if theres two of us!!!

at least if there is a tornado the float tube has a low enough profile that you can just keep right on fishing.

I got caught in a really bad storm once on Skegemog lake.  We were bailing water out of the boat.  I thought we were going to be swimming home.  But man were the smallies hitting right up until the storm was on top of us.  Yes we tempted fate that day and will never do it again.  Only thing I could do was quarter the waves to get back to the launch.  It was a harrowing experience.
