I thank fishinjohn & filetandrelease for the explanation.  I do not fish any tournaments so I am unfamiliar with the two member team system.  Now I understand the comment.
It's all good conversation F-M.
I was actually planning on fishing a tourney down here on kinzua this Sunday, BUT with all the rain we have had and the snow temps they are calling for, I've had to rethink my plans... Pretty sure I'm staying inside this weekend!

I feel your pain! I had a kidney stone few weeks ago. Painful to say the least! Glad you passed it ok

I had one Tuesday before Easter. Had to go back to ER Easter Sunday, ruptured a blood vessel in my nose from pushing so hard to get stone out and couldn't get nosebleed to stop. All good now.

So thats 3 people in a short span. Maybe MFF is causing it?     ;D

OMG don't tell me that, I'll never give up all these laughs ;D
Thanks for all the reports I did wonder about the burbots being around the wrecks
eating gobies probably.
walleyes probably prefer being suspended over a nice pile of rocks eating shad.

And that's great Riot about your son going with you and your grandfather...that's what fishing's about.
Every guy who fishes Oneida with his kids should join the OLA and take them to a meeting.
It's food for their brain for the future of the sport in a lot of ways.

From what I hear from family and friends, I got off easy passing that stone. I had no prior pain
I just went to take a leak after running errands all morning and WHAM! They asked if I had the stone
I said aw, No I was outdoors! ;D

so I was given a few day fishing package out of anglers bay for my birthday.  however, I have never fished Oneida as I live in Niagara county and mainly fish erie and Ontario.  my brother and I will be targeting perch and eyes but have no clue how to get it done out there.  hoping not to get skunked after driving half way across the state for this rare opportunity to fish with my bro.  not looking to invade anyones hot spots but would love any tackle tips or method suggestions. any help appreciated, thanks
