I took the oldest boy out in search of perch this afternoon. The first 2 hours we never had a bite. Then we moved out deeper and found some biters. We stayed until the wind kicked up.

He did pretty good after he got the hang of setting the hook.

Reeleyz We put dock out Sat morn and saw a boat poking around the point was that you? 109 is straight out from us 107 is at south entrance to canal. It was stained pretty good and still cold.

We didn’t get out until the afternoon. Not sure if that was us.

It looked like 107 got moved from the ice the into South Bay.

The boat is ready to go !! . Put a new shift cable, water pump, points, condenser, rotor, coil, and plugs. Also rebuilt the starter, and trim pump motor. Saved a whole lot of money doing the work myself. I've water tested it a couple times, and have worked all the bugs out. 42 mph al trimed out !! not to bad for a 140 merc I O. All cleaned up, and buffed. As far as the fishing goes, it's been real slow. The water is still cold. Sully...
