from the channel bouy all the way out to the break walls troll about 1.3- 1.6 with any large stickbait i have had good luck orange and gold maybe it is s goby thing used to be blue/silver-black/silver if it is not a bumber boat covention keep ur lines about a hundred feet back behind the boat good luck and tight lines

i figured he was shore fishing thats why i sent him up river. if you try to run a boat up the river along the west wall or anchor along the westside they will send snag hooks your way.

Snag hooks hell seen them toss canon balls at boats lol ..... most boats stay on lock side of wall ......

Im shore fishing. SHOULD I BRING MY AR-15 OR MY 870 EXPRESS for the snag hooks and cannon balls?

Hey Deadeyes, I used to walk the wall up by the Railroad bridge with a whole nightcrawler or three buckeyes on a #2 hook with a small walker sinker. If the currents just right can do good that way, if it aint too crowded. My buddy dave used to smash them that way real early(3-6am). I still like trolling the TIPS of the outer & inner BREAKWALLs with big sticks, got to bully your way in a little! Catch ya later!

Deadeyes your safe on shore lol thats where I fish from to lol ... only thing have fishing from wall is when some one walks down thru when landing fish they all want to see all at once lmao.......

the walleyes were caught from the powerhouse to the cement syloes , from the wall sat was pretty good. trolling big sticks in and around the harbor at late nite has produced for SOME fisherman

not me , have to take boat to sandycreek to get tune up so will be at oswego sat. night to get some fishing in......
