Open water?    Hmmm In not sure if I know anywhere that is open right now for panfish.    Goodale Lake (I think that is what it is called)   it is the pond that is on the other side of 81 from Little York.      I know that has a lot of water movement, and doesn't have much ice left.      It is right next to RT 11.    Even that I don't think has access though, but I think they fish for panfish out of there.   But like I said I'm not totally sure on this, I just know it is about the only place Ive seen with any open water right now
