finally found the perch in oswego. there was 5 guys fishing on the east side by the oswego marina. largest perch was 13.5 inches, huge for oswego, 22 were 9 inches on up. slow to moderate action all on buckeyes. one walleye. 2 small mouth :( and one 300 lb carp( well thats what it felt like anyway :P) waether is suppose to turn crap tonite. very little action on the river for trout today. the river is running at 16,000. the bull head are biting at wrights landing. nothing great for numbers but getting a few. :)                                                                                                       bluegillking

update oswego river , flow 9700 this means you can fish the whole river all thw way to dam.i have a picture of a 20 lb plus steelhead caught sat. the 10 of april 2004. silver and fresh why are the steelhead coming in now not a clue its a little strange. if they are here why not fish for them . this week it looks good for weather middle 60's. you know what that means bullheads at wrights landing. anyone interested in a rock bass tournament leta say the middle of may???? ;D  well the perch are gone now tried all the proven places no luck . willco ntinue to look.

well the river went large again from recent rains . your limited to were you can fish from shore . try the dug outs and back eddies or behind the hotels on the east side under the 104 bridge. ;)

Blue What would your take be on bullhead fishing at wrights landing this weekend. Will a couple of days and the warming weather  fire them up again??????????? :-\

my guess would be yes from past experiance.get there early. leeches, nightcrawlers and onion worms.

Bluegillking, Are there any bullhead still being caught at wrights landing. THniking about trying there tomorrow night. Thanks for any info you can give.

techyfisher ,things have been slow this week. the weather is suppose to be warmer for the next few days . things should pick up. . also look for rock bass  ;)

the river is running at 12,200 which means you can fish almost the whole river with the exception of the dam. no rain no rain!!!!!!!!!!! the water is slightly murky. ;)        bluegillking
