That looks pretty spectacular. I've got everything I need to do it from scratch. Except.....no peas for us. I'll probably add in some of our home grown frozen wax beans instead.I'll make the crust and I have a couple packages of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits for the top. That ougt to work. I can’t think of one item or recipe that didn’t sound good for all these years...For Easter we are doing turkey this year.Green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts and I’m sure some other goodies/snacks etc! Just the wife, the boy and I! I hope you all have a nice one!!
Making the ham today for tomorrow's Easter dinner.I am making car pkgs for all 3 of my kids to stop by and grab off the back porch.And I want to make split pea soup with the bone as I always do for them too.(I have some left over rib bones I saved from months back that were in the freezer I will add to the stock)But this way I can have their pkgs and their soup ready for them to eat tomorrow.Maybe even a skype Easter dinner???
