Lake effect snows just sagged down from Jefferson County into our area..still warm 34 degrees, that will soon change.  Creeks are up pretty good, bet the Res. is gaining ground...I would think the River stays up a little longer.  900cfs plus run off right now.

Suns already back out, picked up a quick 2 inches.. Lakes way warm for this time of year, snow bands are very cellular, not solid like when it's colder, going to be hard to get more than 8-9 inches today with so many gaps in the banding.  Good water content too, very wet snow.

I hope you get all the snow this year, if I never shovel a roof again it will be fine with me.

4th picture down is outstanding, I got to find my polariser.

You didn't miss anything Rob, this lake effect sucks, we'll be lucky to get 5 inches, it's melting from the ground up and the sun is out half the time....  no big deal at all.

Thank's Snagger!!    Make sure its clean!! the one pic's has a spot on it from a rain drop...don't want a dirty filter ruining a good shot  ;)

I feel a little bit better about it...wish i was at the turn with Ryan and Dave this morning   :'(    Did the jersey crew ever get up   :sleep1: and make it out    :w00t:

I'm with Jim. Don't want to be on the roof this winter, came down the hard way this past winter. Glad there was a 4 foot drift.

Took a drive to Lake Ontario today.  40mph winds and temps in the 20's, it was imposible to hold the camera still.., so photo's came out a little blurry
