Didn't fish this past weekend on missy but the last two prior was great for numbers and size. Fished a mile or so upstream from Hogs back boat top launch. Had a friend fish up that way last Friday and fish were still there. Lots of White bass also. Draw down starts on Thursday the 15th. Fish will drop back to main body as water level drops. Sally is down about five ft already and that could mean 105 on Sally may be ready in just a couple weeks. Both resi's plan is to be down to winter pool by the 1st of dec. From my many years of fishing both that last ten feet really is when the best bite begins so around thanksgiving is the start for shore fishing.

Almost a year later.  Water temp was 70-72'.  Only caught 6 after a 9:00 start.  Absolutely beautiful day, but still a little warm.

Starting to get good reports of crappie at both sally and missy. Levels are beginning to drop. Bite will only get better and easier.
