Flounder help needed!!

Hey all, its not often i do this, but are there any areas around that I can catch flounder from shore?
Ive tried rye harbor jetty with no luck.
Nit looking for anyones sweet spot, just a nudge in the right direction.

A certain weekly report consistently mentions catching flounder in NH, at Rye Harbor and other spots around the Piscataqua, but frankly I don't think there around here in sufficient numbers to target them. I've tried a few times from a boat and found it to be a waste of time.
