Best one of the season
« on: Oct 12, 2020, 10:40 AM »
Closed out my fall bass season with a pretty nice one, 4+ lbs I would guess, maybe 5.  Small pond in the Merrimack Valley.

Chartreuse spinnerbait.  Actually got a bunch on the spinnerbait, that was the biggest though.  Fished the sunny side of the pond where the water was a bit warmer.  They had no issues chasing and slamming.  Pretty aggressive, still.

That's a nice one for sure!  Spinnerbait is the lure that I NEVER seem to have any luck with.

Thanks for the congrats everyone.  Be advised, all fish look at least 2 lbs smaller when I'm holding them.  I'm the size of Gronk +25 lbs!
