I'll tell you what Trapper, I don't care if it's legal or not. It appears that the regulations are ambiguous at best.

I only care about safety. Shooting a 12ga, 3 1/2" mag less than 90 yards from a path, busy with individuals and families, jogging, walking, and bicycling is just not safe. 

You cannot regulate stupid people.

There is a place i hunt in skineatles.its like a preserve open the public walking jogging or what ever.you would think it would be off limits during hunting.its still open to walkers ..and ppl still walk the trails during deer season archery and gun..this i do not understand..i didnt know it was open for walkers until i had a lil old lady walk her dog under me while bow hunting...one or the other shouldnt be allowed...
