Candlewood Lake?

Just curious, I see no posts/discussions about Candlewood.  Fished it opening day last Saturday and came away with 2 observations:  great lake, lots of trout (caught 22 Browns, biggest was 5 lbs.) and will never go there again on a weekend!  Could not believe the number of boats being launched!  Is it any better during the week?  With all that traffic and pressure, surprised no one has posted any feedback.

its no better there until the fishing slows down, i used to fish there myself but its been 12years since Ive been back for the same reason
