Have to have a sense of humor.  Some of those pontoons have outboards I lust after!

Im installing the riptide tomorrow sans battery.  Ill get the quick release bolted on and install and wire the plug.  For what its worth Mac that same company makes some agms much larger than 27's. Also curious about what your total reserve and or amp hours is with the 4 you run?

All 4 are interstate.
Two 29's and two 31's.

The 29's have about 85 ah each
The 31's have about 100 ah each

Excellent thank you.  Mines a 12v 55lb so I hope 2 100ah in parallel will last all day.

Thanks guys.  Now I just need a kicker and Ill be ready for King season! Saltz if you do your own install Id suggest the minn kota plug.  It had good clamps for the wires and is a twist lock so it wont pop out once plugged in.  The previous owner had the pin style plug and I've found those to be unreliable on my buddys boat.

I am OLD so give me a break. I know nothing about computers or electronics. I don't own a cell phone, yet.
What I need to know,  Does the Minn Kota bow mount with the transducer built in and does spot lock, follow the track, follow the contour, etc, Does it have to have a fish finder hooked to it? Thanks,,,h2l

I believe that the follow the contour features work with some hummingbird units. So to follow the contour you would need a certain fish finder. The spot lock feature does not require a fish finder though.
