I fished the South Hoosic in Adams for a couple hours this afternoon, from a little above the Burnett/Bednarz Bridge down to ALADCO (Adams Laundry And Dry Cleaning Company).
Sunny, 85 degrees, a bit on the muggy side, but water levels (and temps) still fairly decent.
I had two hits, and catches, both near the Old Stone Mill (around the halfway point of my trek).
The first, just above the OSM Bridge, was a 13" rainbow.
The second, just below the OSM Bridge, was a 13" brookie.
I'm gratified those two spots produced, but a little surprised I didn't have any action at any of the other spots that I tried either upstream or downstream from them.
