Can anyone here recommend any good books or videos on rod building?

Also, any advice on tools, materials, ect?

I have ordered catalogs from Cabela's and Netcraft. Any other suppliers I should try?

I've built my own rods for a long time. Stop by the flyfishing  forum, there's a discussion on this subject.
