Would love to get a group of us together for some river domination.  I have enough spots to share on the farmington.

I might potentially be down. I would be better to go after the new year. looking to get a year ct license next year. I was fishing some ponds west of the Farmington and would always pass over the church pool. looks like an awesome river.

Just got an email about CT's fall stocking and they stocked 70K fish during the fall with a large number of them being very large brook trout and tiger trout.  Hopefully we will see more tiger pics in the future.

Would love to have you join to Allan.  I'm still fishing it pretty hard but I think if we want to go as a group and nail a large number of them, spinning or fly the first week in April is the time to do it.

Made the first few trips this season.  Dusting off the cobwebs so to speak.  Yesterday I should have stayed home.  Couldn't tight line...it was too windy.  Fished under and indicator unsuccessfully even for recently stocked fish.  No bug activity noticeable.  Flows were nice between 250 and 600 depending on where I fished.  Cold AF!

played around with stockies on the cape over the weekend and they were eager to take buggers and mop flies.

Slow start for me this year.  Been a few times and the catching has been slow despite what I consider ideal flows.  I switched back to fips compliant line and a regulation leader for a bit.

So with a slow start I decided to take today off to fish for lakers.
