Nine out of ten it’s east first thing! Crazy how many times I’ve planned for west to find east early.

Thanks F&R, we are getting hammered with a thunder storm now! Typical NYS August. It will be gone soon. Lots to do here until it settles.

Got off the water about 1/2 hour before the storm came through. Looked nasty on the radar. Glad I was on my way home. Got on the water around 6am from south shore launch. Didn't travel too much. Only I nice pumpkin seed and a drum. Lost one eye at the boat trolling.Fish were really spread out.Found the most in between Dutchman and the shoal in 25 to 35 fow. A couple hits here and there but not much action.

Fishy, Fishy in the lake, please come here and take my bait. I troll and jig you take my hook, and then I take you home to cook.
