Hi everyone, I had a blast over on Iceshanty this winter so I thought I'd get started over here.  I hope you enjoy these pics.  The mack fishing has been good here since ice out at mid March.  All these fish were caught on spinning rods out of my little 12' jon boat.  We kept a few of the smaller fish but most (including the big ones) were released.

Here's my buddy Allison with the standard size we've been getting:

Here's a really nice one that she got-about 12 pounds!  But she would only hold it up in the net so check out the size of the head:

This is my buddy Daniel with another one:

And another:

He's a trout master!  This is our first open water brown for the season:

This is me in my very stylish brown coveralls:

Me with another nice one:

Thanks for looking!  More to come (hopefully)

I think our highest peak in the 'dacks is around 5300 ft, Mt Marcy

there is just something about the blue in the sky out there...  amazing

cant wait to get back out to the WY/MT area this summer to visit the family :)

The snow covered strip in some of those pictures is 12,000 ft!  We definately have some awesome sunny days out here but the calm water in those pics is a rarity.  Lots of wind-makes fishing out of a john boat exciting.

Re: Adventures in SE Wyoming (5/24 nice laker)
Got back out this weekend and managed two more lakers and a couple rainbows.  It was another great day as we got out on my buddy Matt's boat.  I would have thought the lakers would be headed deep by now but we saw tons of fish just cruising the shallows.  It seems like they're getting more and more finicky-numerous fish followed our lures right up to the boat only to swim away at the last second.

Daniel gets a really nice one:

More adventures from May coming soon-finally got the pics developed.
