SENECA southend
« on: May 30, 2008, 11:54 AM »
Anyone fishing the south end the last week or so?Decided the drive to Oswego is too far with gas prices the way they are.So this year we are keeping our boat in Watkins Glen instead. Will post reports as I often as I fish.Taking the boat up this afternoon after work.Going to try to get out for a couple of hours before I put her in her slip. Will post after I return.BTY,I fish for everything from perch to lakers.

Well, got my boat in it's slip. Before that, fished the southend for about an hour.Caught one pike.Marked fish near drop off from 20' to 40' of water. Also marked fish on east side in 70' of water along with a couple big bait plumes.Hope to get back there this week sometime to do some real fishing.
