We've had very good luck there.
Modified the Weber yesterday.Added some stainless steel bolts around the top of the rotisserie ring to support the rack. Now it's a full 14" above the coals when Iuse it for smoking. It dawned on me that I can also add a rack if I want to. I'll be testing it out this Saturday when I smoke the pork loin that's brining in the fridge. More Canadian bacon👍👍Rg
