Opening Day ---> Under 2 Weeks Away

With opening day of trout season less than 2 weeks away, I'm wondering where everyone's gonna be going?

I've got a pretty good idea, I know for sure I'm staying away from the Pequest, Musky, South Branch, ect as opening day you get all the guys who think they own the river and quite often have no clue what they are doing.

I'm probably going to start off fishing Pohatcong Creek and see how that does. Only fished it once before in the fall.

I'll also b joining shawn to the musconetcong/pequest/wallkill. Anyone know how breeders are stocked in the spring on average. I know they stock more in the fall, and it's ahrd to get them in the spring, and any specific tips for going for them???

I usually don't go out opening day because of the crowds . I wait a few days and when the crowds thin then I go out .
