Got the work done and the trailer pulled out.  What a mess!!!
I need to get a load of Crush N Run stone or it will happen again.
About 12 ton.
Lots more work to do.

Trailer out.
Waiting for Crush N Run stone.
See how the tires on the right sunk.
Right to the axle.
Our place is a park model and about 16,000 lbs.
The tractor had all it could do to pull it out.
Once out onto the stones in my drive it was ok.
Hence, the decision to add the Crush N Run.
I'll call and order it today.

I'd sink some sonotube piling and fill them with concrete.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

It's rock about 12-18" down.
Others have tried to put in footers for their decks, etc. Bob and we only laugh at them knowing what they will find.

We are selling.
Time to cash in.
Time to buy or Florida place.

Evolution.

But first I need to do this right.
I am not one to pass problems onto someone else.

It’s back in place. It looks tilted but level says it’s dead on. Weird. Now I have a ton of work to get it connected to the propane, electric, water, sewer, cable internet, and satellite dish. Then to repair and reinstall the neighbor’s fence it crushed. Then all the pilings need to be installed and the stones raked and leveled. Wish I had two adult sons that would help me.

Found out more bad news.
Something electrical fried a lot of things
Stove, furnace, AC, tv, surround system, a couple power supplies, and my little alarm clock on my night stand.
Bought a new 40” at Wallyworld last night.
Found a bad transformer in the furnace and ordered a new one from amazon after I tried True Value and Home Depot without any luck.  I hope that fixes it.  The control board is $400 if that’s bad too.
The AC unit is a roof unit and tough to get at.  I’m going to call someone to look at it.  I’m sure it will cost me a bundle.
I got 4 of the 12 cinder block pilings built today.  I’ll get the other 8 done in the morning after bfast before the race starts.
Tons of work left.  Tons.

I'm not retiring until August of 21.
So if it doesn't sell this summer...…………….I fish Erie and smoke meat and drink tequila.

This place will not be given away.
However, as you said, whoever ends up buying it will get a very nice place without any headaches.

Time to get out and get working on the remainder of the pilings.
The race starts in a little over 2 hrs.
Work stops at 11am and will not resume until the race ends.

Got the rest of the pilings installed under the lake place this morning.  Worked fast and furious, but careful to do it right.  I’ll let it sit a week or two and then reshim them after things settle.
Now the race!!!
And beer.
And tequila.

My buddy Jeff took apart my AC and had a look at the schematic.  He noticed a 12vdc control power source coming in along with the 120vac motor and compressor power.  It was dead.  Traced it back to a small power supply hid in a cabinet I use for the liquor.  The power supply tests bad.  Say a prayer this is it.  It would be a very cheap fix.

Got the neighbor's fenceposts cemented into the ground.  Had to make a large cold chisel out of a pc of 1" bar stock to split rock in the ground.  The ground out here is nothing but shale and rock down 3-4".  Back breaking work, but done.  I'll let it cure and finish the fence next weekend.  Just ordered a new clock/timer/panel for the stove.  $117 from amazon.  Ouch!!!  But that will repair that.  Installed the new power supply for the AC unit and it works!!!!  Big bucks saved there for sure.  I'm done for today.  Donna and I went to dinner for a couple hours to celebrate our 40th.  Tomorrow I'll install the new power supply into the furnace and see if that fixes that.  Say a prayer that the power supply does the trick.  If not, the control board is like $400 and last week I couldn't even locate one.  A new furnace is $700-800.  But making progress for sure.
