Bullhead from tonight

Good night of bullhead fishing. Barely any water in the bucket, just bullhead.








Opinions are like @ssholes. Everybody has one and they all stink.

wow way to go. Im glad you were busy. I caught one bull this past weekend. I havnt eaten one in a really long time. How do you personally cook/clean them?

what size were they? i got a ton in my bait trap this winter that were 5-6 inches
a little garden hackle and a fly will fill the creal everytime.

They were anywhere from 8 1/2 to 12". I just put a slit behind the fin on the back, take the pliers and skin then then snap their backbone and pull the head down so all the guts fall out then remove the fins. Then just dip them in flour and breadcrumbs and deep fry them. I went out the past 3 nights. The first night I ended up with 45 (The picture above), the second night I got 113 of them, and the third night I got 65.

Here's them pictures I said I'd post. Me and my buddy got these in one night from 7pm-1:30 am. There's around 175 of them

you better ice down that arm.That much action feel sorry for that monster pike you catch this summer, ain't got a chance ;D ;D ;D
