Mohawk River locks 7 8 9

Anyone been on the river yet.?  Water running mostly clear, decent height, bouys put in Tuesday , luck!

Been fishing lock 8 on my lunch break the nicer days. Probably 5 trips so far this spring. One Rod with a dough bait out on the bait while I cast a jig with Rod #2. No luck on the bait Rod. One decent walleye a few weeks ago(quickly released) and one follower which looked like a smally. Pretty slow.

i have had better luck on the far side of the lock[8] for eyes

I've been fishing Blaines bay probably a mile up from the twin bridges haven't got much caught a nice northern about a month ago 30" 5-7lbs that's it tho
