looked  alot  better when i  could  keep  10  but we have to ration out  put and take  fish   to make sure there are trout for future generations ...i had a better idea  ...why not  charge  me  a few  bucks  more  for my licence  and  stock a  bunch  more  fish ......then every body is happy

don't buy it  mac  most the stocked  fish are  gone  the  first  few  days after stocking  ...the  streams are  full of  caddis and  mayfly nymphs crayfish and  minnows  ....  and  if you  raised the limits  back to  what they were you  could  double the  stocking over a  longer period of time  end this   open season  c and release that kills the hold overs  and  let the people  have  fun again ......and yes i fish  for  sport  but i fish for dinner  at the same  time .... the state  is  doing the same thing they  did  with pheasant  hunting  stocking less and  less  birds  and  letting yo  chase a  turkey .... bass  have  become  the money  makers and thats a  fact .when  a  3 mile section of stream  changes the  limit  4  times  and  all the fish  came  from the same   hatchery truck thats   plain foolishness...this  isn't going to  stop   some  people in the state are  talking new  hampshires   limits  25 total on all  panfish   combination  no  more then  50...so  25 bullhead limit 25 perch   or  blue gills  and  a  50  combination limit ....going to happen  because  no one  stands  up  and  when they do other  fisherman  drink the kool aid and  jump all over them......  i stand  by  my   idea  stock more  fish   raise the  limits  and  if it  cost then raise  my  fishing licence to  cover it
