I was on the main stem of the Delaware and Hendrickson's were hatching later in the day but the trout weren't on them.  The pod of fish I found rising were sipping small emergers and I took several fish on a foam emerger pattern similar to this. Hopefully heading back there on Monday or Tuesday (or both!)

Also, nice steelhead above, 14? That's quite the daily haul for that species.

I love emerger fishing especially the iso and sulfur emergers when down in the Catskills, the Willow and the  Upper Beaverkill especially!

nice catch there greensider  I'm especially fond of those whisker fish (bullheads that is), both the catchin' part as well as eatin. I've been out once and did well but seem to keep missing all the good nights since then for a variety of odd reasons. Maybe this week. Good luck with that carp.

About the same thing I did. I have noticed in the really shallow water like that I tend to get more bites off to the side out of the lights. Next time I'll do something different, so my lights shine up on the rods and not out onto the surface.  Got 18 beuts that first nite.
It looks like you were getting them during the daylight?
