I just watched that video. This is outrageous !  That jerk had over 4 peoples limit not even in season speared in front of a hatchery that common people paid for to raise and stock those fish     JAIL TIME !!!   I don't care who he thinks he is

From reading the posts here the person is of or wants to be of native sovereign origin. I have no problem with that. If he wants to "take" (steal) what is his then it's simple. Go out in the lake and catch or get what is rightfully yours. But don't take from the hatchery which are not native fish which you have a right to. These are hatchery raised fish that the taxpayers paid for (not You) and have a right to when in open season. Just a lame excuse for being lazy........

They were there again after they didn't get charged, real special. My great grandmother was A Oneida Indian, can I get some too?
