Year of the doormats
« on: Aug 10, 2020, 08:54 PM »
Hey all!

It's been a wild summer to say the least. I am hoping that you are all having fun on the water whenever you can. The ocean floor is alive and trip after trip has proven successful in what I enjoy most through heat wave, after heat wave, after heat wave. FLUKE. BIG FLUKE. Its been a grind but if you put your time in, it's been worth it.  Anyone else chasing some bottom dwellers?

Sweet!  Wish I could have made it down there this summer.  Hopefully next August when this craziness is past.

40-80 feet. If I can get away from the seabass, the fluke hit the deck. They have been keyed in on very particular baits this year.

To be honest, I am looking for some funny fish to show up but the bottom fishing is doing great.
