Took that other brisket I smoked a few weeks back out of the freezer.
Did some kind of grain/veggie bowl thingy with it.  One of those microwave steam in the sack sides.  Wasn’t bad.

Hand tossed mushroom and onion pie tonight, now the real trick is waiting long enough to not end up raising a dozen blisters on the roof of my mouth...

My buddy Scott Bathke was kind enough to bring us home 4 libe ones, fresh from the dock. Turned 2 into Scampi, enjoyed 2 whole. God bless America, what a treat 8)

Extremely complex dinner tonight. Grilled cheese and cream of mushroom soup.
