i heard there were a few boats out yesterday. and a week or two ago I heard 30-40 feet, west of the lighthouse
Ball State was doing their assessment netting this week and found very few, but the females still had eggs in them

Most guys that I spoke to said perch had moved out and was in 170ft and most had the big goose egg. First time out there for me caught and ended up with one drum 10lbs.

The eastern half has been day by day with the big winds but what else is new..this time of year on a calm day I would try gary lighthouse about 2 miles out in 50ft of water or just out of burns in portage in similar depths . We need some warm weather for them to show up heavy. smallmouth and browns are in shallow now. They are alot more fun to catch!

Most reports are that its really slow, you may find better numbers way way west on the lake.
With the south winds and warmer temps it won't be long, soon, very soon.
