Title: Finger lakes eyes
Post by: reubenpa on Oct 24, 2006, 07:34 PM
I might be doing some eye fishing on Conesus lake tomorrow night.  anyone have any tips for me? I finally got a couple in Honeoye, but we are going to conesus and I am not really sure of technique.  So far we have used ball head jigs tipped with worm, and crawler harnesses...spinner rigs.   Have done OK in Honeoye but no good ones... 20.5 is biggest so far thanks all, Reuben

got a 4# smallie, and two pike that were 25.75 and 28 inches...  thought we had a good chance at the eyes but all I got was teh smallie but we also didn't stay after dark..  getting low on gas and didn't wanna get more
