4lbs. 4 oz.  I know this because I looked it up last summer after releasing a 4 lb. 15 oz. bullhead while bass fishing.    That won't happen again!  I have since familiarized myself with all of my states records.

I am sure that a lot of state records have been broken by people that didn't knwo the records and thereofre relesed or ate the record!!!

as fore the pa record i used to get black bull head 5-6lbs at a boy scout camp that is now closed about 10 miles from digmans ferry called rock hill

trophy hunter my personel best was 16.5 inches . That came from the same marsh that my daughter caught her trophy walleye. She catches the beautiful walleye and I catch Mr. Whisker.

colorado record is 3 lbs 8 oz last time I checked, although that is for yellow bullheads, we have no other types here. (i think...)
