Ah, the evolution of a fisherman. In the early days all I wanted to do was catch the biggest fish in the water. As time went on my attitude changed. Now I want the tastiest fish in the water. Panfish.

Walleye, perch, bluegill, crappie. Any or all are top notch in my book.

there are 6 native spieces of trout found in north america ....
1 rainbow trout
2 cutthroat
3 brook trout (which is really a char but i have no idea the differance)
4 bulltroat
5 lake trout
6 golden trout
i never caught a bull or a golden , pretty cool that we have so many native spieces
my go to fish is the bluegill they are everywhere ,fight well for their size taste great and lend themselves to many types of fishing ....
