perch i fish the  south  shore alot too  im  driving a  2001  ford  black truck  with  a  window  art of  2  AR_15s  and  a  unflattering sticker  about  president  Biden  and   ex governor  cuomo...says  something in the  reverse of  pressure ....   i always  have  a thermos of  coffee and a  extra  cup  most times it's  clean  say hi

Wading Fishing Report

Tried again last night in usual mid-lake south-shore spot.
Started at time of sunset. Darker than usual due to heavy clouds with a drizzle. A moderate breeze from the east.
Looked a lot better than it fished.
Not even a swipe.
Plenty of eel grass but manageable.
Water was still piss warm.

Hoping for better days to come...

they wern't there today. ended up with 17 nice perch that are about to get a hot oil bath !!!

tried shore bite south shore last night nada not seeing any bait either

I’ll say they weren’t there today.  We saw nothing but 7-8” perch no matter where we went .  Tried from 10’-25’ in various spots from Oneida shores to maple bay.  Oh well, next time.

had some fun this morning !! we ended up with 64 nice perch, and 2 monster smallmouths. won't be back out till next week. water temp was 65.7. need it a little cooler before they really turn on.   Sully...

Mostly dinks with a keeper mixed in now and then.  Water way too warm yet 67 on the top.  Gonna be a couple weeks before it gets real good.  Enjoying the great weather though while it lasts, too hot to chase the hardtoes.
