If you happen to find some dead fish the DNR would like to know. Here's the news article

Most states would like to know about any major winter die offs.
Since they can't be checking every body of water, they rely on the public to give them a hand.

For sure, its good to see it start happening more often around these parts. Atleast them (DNR) getting the word out to report that type of stuff
