Ahhhhh…I cook better than those so called “chefs”.

More than that, I know what I’m eating and how it was prepared. Love cooking…my Bride loves me cooking too.

I like cooking too.
And I do most, or all of it generally.

Making some shrimp and veggie stir fry right now.  We will use soft flour tortillas to make it into wraps for dinner.

But we generally eat out 1-2 times a week.

Broiled some walleye with butter and lemon pepper topped with shaved mixture of asiago,romano and parmesan cheese and hot sauce side of mixed veggies, pretty good!

Started a pot of sauce yesterday. We went through half a loaf of bread “testing” and decided I went a bit overboard with the garlic. So this morning I added another round of diced tomatoes, sauce, purée and paste. Still cooking and tasting  good.

Well…….you had to be there. We love our garlic. This amount tipped the scales.

It’s mellowed quite a bit and I added a bit of sugar. We will have a great sauce base to last most of the winter. One of my chores tomorrow is to clean out the freezer and get it organized. I’m gonna need the room.
