Put some chicken taco chili in the crockpot before I left the house this morning for dinner tonight……

I did the same saturday. Paired it with garlic bread, perfect day for it

Got some makings for that Fajita Pie. Been perusing recipes for ideas. In the end I’ll do it my way. Looks like a Mexican Pizza to me👍

Well. .I got a craving for Mexican...so had few biscuits left from yesterday , seared 8 boneless chicken thighs in ninja then pressure cooked for 20 mins inpot with black beans and seasoning and broth put over biscuits with onions cheese and hot sauce was pretty good.....and FILLING!!!!

Our daughter Kelly dropped off some pot stickers and some chicken and dumplings  for Donna and I.
A taste of each, but enough for a small simple meal.  Had a couple pcs of leftover Halloween candy for desert.
It was guuuude!!

It was really very good to be honest.

Only thing I’ll do different next time is spice it up a lot more. We like spicy!
