I have used them for bass in Skinny and Keuka.  They sell them with their “recommended jig head.  I don’t know about eyes though.  The good old black/ purple hair jig, jigging rap and sonars are all I use in Oneida.

We use Ned rigs a lot for bass. Never caught a walleye with them.

Haven’t even been on Oneida yet really. Wife sold a lake house on skinny and it’s been slow closing so owners said use it. I’ve been trying to crack the alleged plethora of eyes. Zip so far. Trolling, jigging, planers, blades blah blah blah
One friend hit one off his dock on swim jig so I threw that for three days. One 15” perch in 30’ caught my attention.
Another got one in 20’ on plain worm.
Heard a rumor Neds were it from an old timer so I’ll try.
Back to Oneida soon where eyes really do exist.
I have caught three total ever on skinny and nothing very big.

Back 30-35 years ago plug and I used stand up jigs with Twister tails and Berkley baits  with a small piece of worm for drifting and jigging  , with success
