   Thanks Paul. ABOUT TIME!!!  we picked up another 4 inches of wet Lake Effect last night. Now the tug is developing a shallow snowpack with more coming, then snowmelt and Rain..  She could be full then. It's going to be a close call as to whether we melt everything up top or just add rain to the snowpack!!!  Makes or breaks how long it's 750, 4 days or 3 weeks!!!!!!!  Or they could run 1150 for 4 days, then slam it back to 335!!  We'll see, could be Colosal Lake Effect Snows over the Tug on Thursday- Saturday, putting an end to any runoff for a while!
   El Nino  winter, could be a crazy water release winter!!!!!!!!

  With the storm track going through Michigan, I don't how were not going to melt all the snow up here with warm rain/wind and send the River Ripping!!!

  Wow that's some old footage Jimmy!  We got big water coming if this Snow melts with Rain!  Either way were all set  for the winter now, even if it got cold as hell like last year for 2 months. With 3 storms in 2 weeks following that same storm track, I think we have alot of Melts coming this winter!

                   Looks like another great steelhead winter with this new water!

EFFECT SNOW WILL LIKELY PRODUCE VERY DIFFICULT DRIVING WITH NEAR
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS AT TIMES. THE HEAVIEST LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL
START UP NEAR WATERTOWN AND CARTHAGE AND THEN DRIFT
SOUTH...TARGETING THE TUG HILL PLATEAU THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE
TIME. ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH FRIDAY IN THE MOST PERSISTENT LAKE
