With the garden in full swing i wanted to try and use some of my Banana peppers. How about fish poppers? I cut fresh caught gils into long strips about as wide as a split pepper. Seasoned strips with lemon pepper. Mixed cream cheese and colby and stuffed peppers, laid a strip of fish over cheese and wrapped in bacon. Grilled til bacon was done and had good grill marks on peppers. Something besides the usual fry. They were great with a cold beer.
