Do I need a flasher for ice fishing? or can i do fishing without it.

Before there was flashers, people caught fish! So if you don’t have one, go for it. Fish 6-12 inches off the bottom. Not sure what lake your fishing but if it is a mud bottom, pound your bait/lure on the bottom occasionally and slowly lift it back up.

And others want to talk about batteries and and auto magic deployment of an electric motor or a battery replacement that had been high jacked etc.

And the list goes on 😉 just seems to be which side of the fence your riding and there are others that enjoy year round fishing , just my limited perspective
