Made Filets and roasted potatoes on the Weber last night. Decided to try something new....was wickedly delicious!!

Walleye tacos with homemade mango salsa , killer !! Not me but wife said best I've ever done , personally I agree lol

 Tonight was country fried pork , mashed with pan gravy and corn washed down with a couple V7Ls

Salsa recipe is I dice two mangoes ,1/2 large red onion,one large sweet pepper any color one can washed black beans 1 cucumber diced 2 avacoto diced and 3 limes squeezed in and a pinch or two  of sugar and one big bunch cilantro cut and mixed in make this early and stir throughout day

Having a neighborhood party today. Hots , burgers, salads, beer, watermelon, beer, campfire..........beer, fireworks and maybe a wee dram of Knob Creek.

Gonna try a tethered Chinese lantern launch this evening.

Tops put whole lobsters on sale for the holiday.
$8/lb live and $9/lb steamed
Got 3 steamed and will eat them later with some NY strip steaks I also picked up.
My roommate from college stopped in for 3 days out here at the lake.
Gonna be a good ol feast later today.

Starting to put together the July 4th feast!!
Beans are ready for the smoker!
Having Veniison Backstrap, king crab legs, coneys, hot dogs and all sorts of snacks and sides..and lots of beer! Plus a whole pile of noisemakers for later!!
