Baby Bass boats/Pelican/Pond prowler?
« on: Jun 12, 2014, 09:42 PM »
Just got myself a Basshunter Baby Bass boat (8 ft). Waiting for it to be shipped. Any of you guys fish out of one the mini-bass boats (i.e. Pelican, Bass Buster, Sun Dolphin)? Had a Bass Buster 10 ft. years ago and loved it. My new Basshunter is the type with the wheels in back. I think I'm gonna love it!

Sounds like you already love it.
My buddy sold his bass boat to get a smaller 10' pond prowler and loves it.
Add a trolling motor and go to places you would never take a bass boat into for those monster backwater bass.

Cool looking boat, I never stumbled onto these when I was in the market a couple months ago.  How much do these weigh?
