You have to upload it to Photobucket or a similar photo hosting site...then you copy the link to the image and paste it in between the "tags" for an image. If you click button up above under the italicized I that inserts the tags for you, then you put the link to the image in between it.

Outlaw , those are some of the best trout photos I've ever seen.    Very nicely done.....
