Was beat from working 4 days in this nasty heat...didn’t really feel like standing over a grill...grabbed some Roma’s from the garden and wife whipped these up!! Delicious!!! Forgot to take a pic until they were almost gone...

Steak tips on the grill, mac salad, sweet potato/raisin hash , and fresh fridge pickles for me last night.... still full this morning lol.

Just made 1 egg omelets for us.
Used some diced jalapeño peppers and a slice of guda cheese in them.
Very nice!

Sausage, spinach, mushroom and tomato frittata  for breakfast today....

RG, I assume the screws cook the potato quicker and more evenly?

Faster and more evenly. I started with Weber potato nails and found these by Char Broil marked down at Lowes. They work great!
